Do you deliver internationally?

PC Direct Online sell to customers within South Africa, Zimbabwe, Namibia AND Botswana we transact only in ZAR (South African Rands) and do not ship internationally to any other locations without prior arrangement.

How do I pay for my order?
You can pay via any of the following options:

1) Credit Card - via the online store - Visa & MasterCard.

2) Internet Banking (EFT) - we bank with four of South Africas major banks allowing your payment to clear immediately thus allowing your order to be shipped immediately.

Payments done via EFT from any banks other than the ones we hold accounts with, can take up to 72 hours to clear. We only ship once funds are marked as clear.

3) Cash Deposit - You can deposit cash into any of our banking accounts. Direct Deposits incur a bank charge of roughly 2% extra. Please ensure you add 2% to your order amount when making the deposit.

4) Paypal - Customers can now buy via the online store by checking out and selecting the Paypal payment option. Paypal users will be directed to a secure page to complete the purchase.


I want to cancel my order that I placed?

If you have placed an order via the online shop, and made no payment, you can send an email to 'info@pc-direct.co.za' with your order number and instructions to cancel the order, and we will do so accordingly.


If you have placed an order and already effected payment, you will need to do the same as in the step above, however for us to effect the refund, the refund is liable for a 10% handling fee and bank charges.


If you've placed an order and it's already been dispatched, please complete the returns form on the 'Contact Us' page.

I can't find what I'm looking for!

So you're looking for something particular and you just can't seem to find it. We have over 100 000 products available that we can source and supply.

I live on a farm, can you deliver to me?

Yes, by all means. We will need a physical address, that either the post office or a courier can track.

Lead time for deliveries to really remote locations will take longer.

I need something in a hurry!

Last minute rush, and you really need something?

No sweat, we can arrange that you can collect your order directly from our importers. You will need to be in any one of the major city centers, like Cape Town, Durban, Jo'burg, PE etc, and we can arrange a special 'pick up'.

Please note - this service is not available as a standard shipment/collection method - it's only for emergencies.

I have a PO BOX, can you deliver to me?

No, we can't. We will need a physical address, that either the post office or a courier can track.

Also, a person needs to sign for acceptance of the delivery.
