How did I find you guys, was looking for someone that accepts Paypal, and you guys are one of the first electronic stored in South Africa that accept Paypal. Some of the big sites are really stuck-up when it gets to new things, so again thanks for great service.

I was desperate to obtain an iPad and the place I was originally ordering it from kept saying that there were loads of delays and one excuse after the other. PC Direct were on the ball, they kept me informed every day as to the progress of the item from their supplier to my door. I will definitely recommend PC Direct for their amazing service and I will definitely be using them for any future items I want to purchase.
Their staff are amazing and they completely understood my eagerness to get this item as soon as possible!

Buying a new computer has never been such a pleasure, as easy and affordable as when I bought a great new laptop from PC Direct.
At first, I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the price as these guys were cheaper by thousands of Rands in most cases! Ordering from PC Direct was a quick and painless affair – just how I like ordering products!

FANTASTIC AND EFFIECENT SERVICE!On Wednesday, I emailed PC-DIRECT Online to find out more information about the Samsung Jet, and if it was in stock. Tyrone responded within an hour giving me a full quote and detailed information on payment methods and delivery time details.
I was assured that I would receive my phone within 48 hours. I was very skeptical at this, as I purchase numerous items over the internet and usually wait 3-4 weeks before the item is delivered. Needless to say, I received my phone within a day and a half I would really like to thank Tyrone and the entire team at PC-Direct Online for such professional service! I would like to encourage anyone who would like to purchase a phone at a much cheaper price to please visit their website and contact them directly for outstanding customer care and service..

What incredible service! Not only was the order dealt with swiftly this Monday morning before 9am but within a matter of not even 10 minutes the status of the order has gone from un-confirmed to shipped. What is even more amazing is that the product just got delivered in my hands, same day before 2pm. That is fast efficient service! Thanks for the great shopping experience, will definitely use your store again.

NOD32 Order
Dealing with PC Direct was a complete pleasure. I wanted two NOD32 licenses but wanted them for version 4. With just a few quick emails I had an quote of exactly what I wanted and payment was quick and painless. After my payment I got my licenses on the same day and even had the pleasure of a follow up email the next day to check that everthing had gone smoothly. All my questions were anwered timelessly and effectively.
